John W. Davis has a general business and corporate practice with an emphasis on international business transactions, emerging companies, venture capital financing, and foreign equity offerings. Mr. Davis advises corporate and individual clients globally. His practice has covered many industries, including energy, financial services, telecommunications, and manufacturing.

In addition to advising businesses concerning multinational financing and cross-border transactions, Mr. Davis maintains a complex litigation practice concentrating on financial services, class actions, and antitrust matters. He has substantial experience litigating a wide range of complex commercial matters in both trial courts and appellate courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Davis has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1998, and a member of the Florida Bar since 2000. Additionally, Mr. Davis is licensed to practice in numerous federal courts including the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California; United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida; United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits; United States Tax Court; and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Davis represents clients in other jurisdictions as well in accordance with local rules governing non-resident attorneys.
